Customer Relationship Manager System (CRM)

The system helps manage customer data. It supports sales management, delivers actionable insights, integrates with social media and facilitates team communication.

Vendor Portal (VP)

It has an objective to maintain better relationship with our Service Providers. This portal acts as a platform for professional interaction.

We use many platforms for the process of structuring, organizing, measuring, monitoring, and optimizing our localization project. They help keeping all the files in one place – and our remote team together on one localization management platform.

CAT Tools

The Computer-Assisted Translation Tool have significantly changed the way how translators work and manage translation projects today. CAT tools split large multilingual documents into segments (phrases & paragraphs) which are stored in a database.

DTP Tools

Desktop publishing (DTP) is the creation of documents using page layout software on a personal ("desktop") computer. It was first used almost exclusively for print publications, but now it also assists in the creation of various forms of online content.

Quality Control Tools

Quality Management tools help us collect and analyze data for employees to easily understand and interpret information. Quality Management models require extensive planning and collecting relevant information about end-users.
